Crisia has a background in biology and works in environmental policy and land management, most recently managing a unit that supports Indigenous communities in developing biodiversity monitoring programs.
After the birth of her first baby, she became passionate about using her biology background to empower women and people with uteruses to better understand their hormonal cycles and be in tune with their bodies.
